As part of the clubs ongoing efforts to monitor and improve
members' experience at the Club, we continually review the
structure and operation in different sections of the Club. Recently
we carried out a review of the Tennis Coaching Structure which
resulted in the appointment of our new Tennis Manager Alison Beard.
The Squash Coaching Programme and structure has also been under
review and is close to completion.
A group has just recently been set up to carry out a review of the
Bar and Catering operation at the club The review group will
comprise of Chairman Peter Friedmann, General Manager Billy Kerr,
Bar and Catering Manager Jake Ryder, club members Richard Crawford
and Jez Sykes both of whom have considerable experience in the bar
and catering industry. It will be useful to have members' thoughts
and feedback on this aspect of the club, things you feel we are
getting right; any areas where we might improve, things you might
like to see introduced, down to specifics such as pricing, menus,
service timings etc
