Boxercise will no longer be running on Saturday's from 5pm-6pm.
Compact Core will also no longer be running as from the 17th March 2010 at 6.30pm-7.15pm

The fitness centre is spacious, airy, combining the best of modern equipment with a calm and welcoming environment.
Members of the fitness centre receive an individual induction, three personalised health and fitness assessments per year, a regularly updated personal training programme and use of the Gym from 6.30am - 9.30pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 8pm at the weekends and Bank Holidays. Our experienced staff are always on hand to help and encourage you.

Our studio is a purpose built dance studio with a sprung floor and mirrors where a timetable of over 25 classes is run every week. There is something for everyone including BODY PUMP, Legs, Bums & Tums, Yoga, Aerobics, Circuit Classes and Pilates. Classes are open to Members and Non Members. Club Members receive a discount on the class fee.
